Brazilian music and influences from the classical and modern music of Brazil. Brazilian music has produced some unique styles including the Bosa Nova and Samba. Traditional Brazilian music was the Folk music from the people of the Amazon rainforest who played reed flutes, whistles, horns, rattles and drums. Modern Brazilian music has always been diverse with Brazilian versions of Heavy Metal, Rock, Pop, Country, Hip-Hop, Ambient and Disco with new genres emerging like Sambass (a fusion of Drum’n’Bass and Samba) and Brazilian Bass (a Brazilian fusion of Deep House and Tech House).
